Prospect Research & Identification

$3,375-$5,625

Rates for prospect research are determined by the number of viable prospects identified. The base package of $3,375 identifies up to 12 prospects. Clients are provided a comprehensive Prospect Research Report including: foundation names, contact information, website, funding priority areas, list of board of directors, grant deadline, recommended request amount, average grant award, application procedure, and recommendations for next steps.

$225per hour

Hourly rates are determined by assessing the length of the grant request(s) and scope of work to be performed including: consultant attendance at meetings, participation in funder webinars, community meetings etc., as well as proposal preparation, and other services (prospect research & identification, grant calendar development, etc.).

Retainer Rates

For organizations interested in maximizing their fundraising potential and developing a comprehensive grant program, we provide services on retainer (minimum of 25 hrs./mo.), guaranteeing your organization a specific number of hours per month of grant development services at a discounted rate. Services provided through retainer allow for bi-monthly updates, monthly/quarterly board reports, site visits, on-going prospect research & identification, and increased grant solicitations as well as other services and activities. Retainers start at a minimum of 25 hrs./mo and increase to a maximum of 65 hrs./mo.
